Pizza Dough

Homemade pizzas an easy dinner meal when having dough prepped in the freezer. This could also be used fresh.

Ingredients

  • 710 g lukewarm water (3 cups)
  • 42 g olive oil oil (3 tablespoons)
  • 7 g active dry yeast (one packet)
  • 12 g salt (1 tablespoon)
  • Sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • 1000 g ’00’ flour space (8 cups)
  • Cornmeal for Pizza peel

Instructions

  1. Put the water in a large pool. Add the olive oil, yeast, salt, and sugar. Let stand for five minutes.
  2. Add flour and mix until dough is smooth and elastic.
  3. Proof, the dough for approximately two hours until double in size
  4. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 equal pieces.
  5. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap. Refrigerate and use over the next week or freeze up to two months.
  6. To use a dough ball remove from refrigerator and let stand 1 to 3 hours.
  7. Used to make your favorite pizza. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use bread flour, but it may not be as chewy.
