Pizza Dough
Homemade pizzas an easy dinner meal when having dough prepped in the freezer. This could also be used fresh.

Ingredients
- 710 g lukewarm water (3 cups)
- 42 g olive oil oil (3 tablespoons)
- 7 g active dry yeast (one packet)
- 12 g salt (1 tablespoon)
- Sugar (1 tablespoon)
- 1000 g ’00’ flour space (8 cups)
- Cornmeal for Pizza peel
Instructions
- Put the water in a large pool. Add the olive oil, yeast, salt, and sugar. Let stand for five minutes.
- Add flour and mix until dough is smooth and elastic.
- Proof, the dough for approximately two hours until double in size
- Divide the dough into 6 to 8 equal pieces.
- Wrap each ball in plastic wrap. Refrigerate and use over the next week or freeze up to two months.
- To use a dough ball remove from refrigerator and let stand 1 to 3 hours.
- Used to make your favorite pizza. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can use bread flour, but it may not be as chewy.
