Parmesan Bread Bites
A delicious snack that can be brought to a party as an appetizer or have at home!

Ingredients
- 1 pound store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (1/2 sticks)
- 3 clothes, garlic, finely chopped
- 6g Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- 100 g created Parmesan divided in half (1 cup)
- 28 g shredded low moisture part skin mozzarella (1/4 cup)
- 3 g chopped fresh sage (1 tablespoon)
- 6 sprigs of chopped fresh thyme
- Hot honey, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Let pizza dough sit until room temperature, about one hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a small pot over low heat. Add garlic and salt, stirring often, until starting to froth, 4 to 6 minutes. Immediately removed from heat and let cool.
- And a lightly flowered surface, stretched dough to a 9 in square. Cut dough into 9 1 inch wide strips. Separate each trip to keep from sticking. Cut each strip into 1 inch pieces.
- Place the pieces on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle half the Parmesan onto the dough. Gently press the cheese into the dough with your hand.
- Brush with about 1/3 of garlic butter sprinkle with mozzarella, sage, thyme and remaining half of Parmesan.
- Bake bread bites until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Once bake, removed from oven and immediately brushed with remaining garlic butter.
- Feel free to add more Parmesan, sage and thyme. Drizzle with hot honey if you would like. Enjoy!

- Feel free to use more garlic butter.
- Be aware of bringing to a party they go quickly!
